We work with trusted printing partners to create each item on demand, which means your order is made especially for you after it’s placed.
Delivery times
While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we’re unable to guarantee exact delivery dates since a third party handles production and shipping. To be safe, we aim for 6–14 business days. This allows for order processing, printing, packing, and shipping from various locations.
Multiple shipments
Some items may be produced in different locations. If you’ve ordered more than one item, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Lost orders
If your order appears to be lost in transit, don’t worry—there are steps we can take. A claim can be submitted with our printing partner, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue for you.
