Because each item is made especially for you, we keep our returns policy simple, fair, and transparent.
All of our garments are printed on demand, meaning they’re created just for you after your order is placed. For that reason, we’re only able to accept returns in certain situations.
Damaged, faulty, or misprinted items
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or a printing issue, we’ll absolutely make it right. These items can be returned to our printing partner so a replacement can be produced for you at no extra cost.
Sizing & fit
We provide detailed sizing guides on all products to help you choose the best fit before ordering. Since each item is made to order, we’re not able to offer full returns for sizing issues.
That said, we understand that getting the perfect fit online isn’t always easy. If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you’re welcome to return it directly to LOT, and we can arrange a partial refund or exchange for another size when LOT has correct sized personal stock.
